Decent experience overall
Got an Adventurer 3 from their site. It shipped pretty quick, took maybe 4 days to reach me. The printer was easy to get going, which was nice since I'm new to 3D printing. I also grabbed some PETG Filament; it prints well. No real complaints, everything worked out fine.
Great value for the price
I ordered the Adventurer 4 a couple of weeks ago, and it arrived within five business days. The packaging was very secure, everything arrived intact. I also picked up some PLA Filament. Setting up the printer was pretty simple, the instructions were clear enough. I had a quick question about updating the firmware, so I used their online chat support. They were responsive and helped me through it in about 15 minutes. The print quality has been consistently good so far, really happy with the detail on my models. The auto-leveling worked perfectly, which saved a lot of hassle. I'm still getting used to FlashPrint but it seems decent.
Good printer, slow support
I bought an Adventurer 5M Pro last month. The printer itself is quite good for the price, prints really fast and the setup was straightforward. I had a small issue with the PEI sheet peeling on one corner after a few prints, but it's not a dealbreaker. Shipping took 6 days to get to me in Oregon, which was reasonable. My main gripe was with customer service when I asked about the PEI sheet; took them a few days to reply to my email.

Got the Adventurer 5M and I'm loving it! This thing is fast. Prints came out great right away. I already made a few things for around the house. Will definitely be getting more filament from them soon.
